It's a busy time of year at CASS, so we're celebrating with brunch in our new Barrel Room! Breakfast includes coffee, fresh juice, and a bottomless mimosa bar. Additional wine available for purchase.
South of the Border Brunch
Chilaquiles
A blend of eggs, cheese, tortilla chips, and house-made mole roja roasted in the oven and finished off with green onions and queso fresco
Chorizo and Eggs Frittata
This classic dish with rich red Mexican chorizo mixed in with local fluffy eggs and a blend of jack cheese is a great way to kick start any morning
Refried Beans
Traditional refried beans topped with queso fresco and cilantro
Tortillas
Mix of warm flour and corn tortillas
Tex-Mex Potatoes
Red potatoes tossed in a blend of chili powder, cumin and coriander and roasted til golden brown
Latin Three Bean Salad
Blend of black, kidney and pinto beans in a sweet lime dressing with diced bell peppers, chopped cilantro and red onion
Capirotada
Traditional Mexican bread pudding made from bread, cheese, chocolate and raisins with a rich cinnamon caramel. This will be a treat for any sweet tooth
