Chef-For-A-Day; perfecting cured summertime salmon
Chef Michael Learned has tricks up his sleeve for curing and smoking the perfect summertime salmon to take along wine tasting! Learn the difference between smoked salmon and lox during this interactive seminar that lets you be chef-for-a-day and drink Cass wine at the same time! He’ll share some of his favorite cure recipes with you too.

All RSVPs will receive a confirmation message and tickets will be emailed. We will accept ticket orders until we reach event capacity. If you did not receive a confirmation email with attached tickets, then you likely did not complete your ticket order correctly and will need to login to your wine club account and complete a ticket order by following all the prompts to fully "check out."
