Chef has prepared a gorgeous menu for us to enjoy as we laugh and enjoy the calm before the storm. Cornucopia Crudité
Blend of roasted root vegetables from local growers with roasted garlic humus and a butter milk dill dips
Baked Oysters
Morro Bay Oyster baked on the half shelf with a sage brown butter and toasted bread crumbs garnished with garden chives
Cornbread Stuff Mushrooms
Cremini mushroom caps stuffed with homemade cornbread sausage stuffing
First Course
Cranberry Butter Leaf Salad
Tower of butter leaf lettuce leaves drizzled with a raspberry mimosa vinaigrette finished off with crumbled feta cheese, cranberries, and candied walnuts

Sweet Potato Soup
This sweet and hearty warm soup is a twist to a favorite Thanksgiving dish finished with crème fraiche and garden chives

Apple Bourbon brined turkey breast smoked over red oak and Syrah vines sliced and served over whipped potatoes with green beans with caramelized shallots with a wild mushroom cream sauce

Pumpkin Cheesecake
A New York style cheesecake with a sweet pumpkin flavor with the spice of fall topped with a vanilla Chantilly cream
