The beautiful gladiola conveys honesty, honor and generosity. It's the birth flower of August and is dedicated to our grandson, Maverick, to represent this innovative and rarely vinted wine. As we watch Maverick grow, we hope that his strong and independent spirit guides him with moral integrity and courage along many adventurous and wonder-filled roads throughout his journey in life. Enjoy with family and friends, especially the ones you know who take the road less travelled.
Tasting Notes
NOSE: Bosc Pear, Lily of the Valley, and toasted almonds
PALATE: A vivacious bubbly palate with flavors of honey crisp apple and a touch of whipped cream
FINISH: A dry and crisp finish with a lingering of cherry lime
PAIR: Spring rolls with both peanut sauce and sweet & sour sauce
