NOSE: Intensely fruity with aromas of strawberry trifle and ruby grapefruit
PALATE: Dry and slightly viscous with flavors of watermelon, passion fruit, and guava
FINISH: Lively and crisp lingering of cherry, pomegranate, and blood orange
Winemaking notes
Grapes picked specifically for blend and have minimal skin contact before a light pressing. The Rose blend then undergoes a slow fermentation in stainless steel resulting in a light and aromatic profile.
