Tasting Notes
NOSE: White peach, apricot, ripe pear, orange blossom, honeysuckle, and jasmine lift with lemon zest and a light wet- stone mineral note.
PALATE: Nectarine, golden apple, and melon. A creamy mid- palate balanced by fresh acidity with a touch of ginger and citrus.
FINISH: Clean, polished, and persistent. Lingering stone fruit and floral tones with a hint of mineral and grapefruit that keeps it bright.

Winemaking Notes
To preserve the intense fruit flavors and aromatics of the variety, this Viognier was fermented entirely in stainless steel. Hand- picked in the early morning hours of late August through early September, the cold grapes were pressed immediately after harvest. After settling, the juice underwent a 4-6 week cold fermentation.
Pairs well with burrata stuffed, proscuito-wrapped artichoke.
