March 18th: Molcajete Salsas
The Molcajete is a lava or granite stone bowl with a rich history, used for grinding spices, salsas, and guacamole. Using the molcajete Chef Charlie will explore the various methods of making and applications for using salsa. So skip the store bought jar next time and wow your guests with homemade salsa!
