Notes from the Winemaker:
After hand-picking in early October, the fruit was destemmed and fermented in small tanks, with regular pumpovers to aid extraction. In order to let the varietal fruit shine through, the wine was aged 28 months in neutral oak barrels with 100% being French Oak. Following this mantra further, the wine was left unblended in order to let the Mourvèdre speak as a pure, 100% varietal wine.
