2022 SIGNATURE CABERNET SAUVIGNON
77% Cabernet Sauvignon | 7% Petite Verdot 15% Merlot | 1% Malbec
Nose: Violets, baking spices, ripe tomato, and a touch of molasses
Palate: Spice continues with black cherry, espresso, and leather
Finish: Drying but well integrated tannin lead to a bright finish of cardamom and lingonberry

2015 RESERVE CABERNET SAUVIGNON
75% Cabernet Sauvignon | 11% Petit Verdot | 10% Merlot | 4% Cabernet Franc

Nose: Subtle yet sultry notes of black currant bud, crème de cassis, dried eucalyptus and spice cabinet

Palate: Pillowy-soft palate that is layered with silky tannin and focused acidity.

Finish: Accents of cherry crumble, baked boysenberry and pomegranate preserves are all seamlingly infused with seductive sweet oak and campfire smoke.
