2023 ROCKIN BLANC
Nose: Very floral with Saffron flower, Chamomile, and peach tea
Palate: Apricot Galette, spiced cashew, and lemon custard
Finish: Juiced limequat, vanilla, and a touch of turmeric
 
2022 GRENACHE
Nose: Rhubarb pie and touch of licorice
Palate: Cinnamon spiced yogurt covered strawberries and fresh blueberries
Finish: Long light to medium body finish of spiced red cherries and dry herb rubbed meat
 
2021 MOURVÈDRE
Nose: Cherry, black velvet apricot, and thyme
Palate: Bright and lighter bodied with cranberry compote and a touch of almond
