This luscious aromatic Viognier has enticing floral aromas of jasmine intertwined with pear and white apricot. The palate is dry and crisp with citrus flavors of lemon curd, grapefruit with a light banana finish. This classic representation of Viognier pairs happily with roasted chicken dishes as well as with fried spring rolls dipped in chili sauce. This Viogneir pairs easily with either herbaceous or spicy dishes.
This 100% Viognier is cold fermented in stainless steel creating a bouquet of honeysuckle, apricot, and Asian pear. The pear carries through on the palate with a hint of banana custard that leads to a long finish of grapefruit. The crispness of this wine pairs well with burrata stuffed, prosciutto-wrapped artichoke.
