Tasting Notes
This pleasingly light and dry rosé wine is the product of dedicated grape picks, minimal skin contact, light pressing, and cold fermentation in stainless steel. Notes of strawberry shortcake and grapefruit lead to a crisp exciting finish. Serve on warm sunny days with basil garlic mussels and a baguette.
