Notes from the Winemaker:
A blend of four Rhône-style varietals from hand-selected barrels makes this a Cass favorite. The nose displays notes of chocolate covered cherries, licorice, and cinnamon. The palate is vivacious with brilliant fruit flavors and a balanced tannin structure preceding a long finish with flavors of fruit chutney. A great pairing with everything from antipasto to Ziti.
